Job Summary

Leading the design and implementation of Mosaic's clinical pharmacy care model, the full-time Senior Director, Clinical Pharmacy Services will ensure superior quality and performance metrics while managing a team of clinical pharmacists and technicians in a hybrid work environment based in Sterling, VA.

Key responsibilities

• Own the design, implementation, and management of Mosaic's clinical pharmacy care model
• Ensure clinical services deliver superior quality, strong CMS Star Ratings, and lower total cost of care
• Lead and grow the team of clinical pharmacists and pharmacy technicians, managing performance against quality indicators

Required qualifications

• 7 or more years of clinical pharmacy patient care and management experience
• Active license in good standing to practice pharmacy in Virginia
• Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) or equivalent experience
• Completion of an ASHP-accredited residency or board certification in Ambulatory Care, Geriatrics, or Pharmacotherapy
• Proven track record of building and scaling clinical pharmacy services with measurable outcomes
