Job Summary

To support a mission-driven team transforming senior mental health care, the part-time Virginia Licensed Clinical Psychologist will provide exceptional evidence-based psychotherapy to older adults via telehealth, focusing on personalized treatment plans and clinical assessments while enjoying flexible scheduling and no administrative duties.

Key responsibilities

• Provide evidence-based psychotherapy to older adults via telehealth for 15 hours or more per week
• Conduct clinical assessments and develop personalized treatment plans while monitoring client progress
• Maintain thorough documentation in compliance with company policies, assisted by AI-powered tools

Required qualifications

• Virginia licensure as a Clinical Psychologist
• Doctor of Psychology (Psy.D.) or Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Clinical Psychology
• Experience working with older adults is strongly preferred
• Proficiency in electronic health records (EHR) and telehealth delivery
• Availability to support the team on a part-time basis, with a minimum of 15 hours per week
