Job Summary

A company is looking for a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the clinical work of Associate Therapists providing telehealth services
• Guide and mentor emerging therapists as they accumulate clinical hours for full licensure
• Ensure compliance with Medicaid guidelines in clinical documentation and treatment planning

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Master's degree in Social Work
• Valid LCSW license in good standing in the state of Virginia
• Board approval to serve as a clinical supervisor
• Proven track record of guiding associates to full licensure
• Experience with Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems and digital tools
