Job Summary

Providing strategic leadership and architectural guidance remotely, the full-time Virginia Licensed Clinical Systems Architect will oversee the Population Health portfolio, ensuring technology investments align with organizational goals and improve patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain application and capability roadmaps aligned to organizational strategy
• Lead technology discussions that support population health and value-based care initiatives
• Build strong partnerships with operational leaders and clinicians to translate needs into technology solutions

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of relevant experience with a degree or 10+ years without a degree
• Epic Ambulatory certification or Healthy Planet/Compass Rose certification is required
• Minimum 5 years of healthcare information systems experience
• Strong understanding of population health workflows and healthcare operations
• Experience supporting Epic Ambulatory or related healthcare applications
