Job Summary

A company is looking for a Closing Specialist (Temporary Contract).

Key Responsibilities

• Add fees and charges to create Closing Disclosures and Closing Statements for real estate settlements
• Coordinate with mortgage lenders to balance borrowers' Closing Disclosures and obtain necessary loan documents
• Ensure loan documents match title documents and balance files for accurate fund management

Required Qualifications

• 1 to 3 years of title insurance experience, particularly with Closing Disclosures and Closing Statements
• Experience processing Virginia files
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong numerical skills for balancing financial documents
• Comfortable with technology and quick to learn new programs
