Job Summary

Providing exceptional customer service, the full-time Virginia Licensed Contact Center Agent will assist customers with DMV products and services through phone, email, and social media, while navigating a fast-paced environment remotely.

Key responsibilities:
  • Assist customers with inquiries regarding DMV services, transactions, and website navigation
  • Resolve customer issues efficiently, often during the first interaction, while maintaining professionalism
  • Utilize multiple systems to research and provide accurate information to a high volume of customers daily
Required qualifications:
  • Experience in customer service or call/contact center operations in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in navigating CRM systems and transaction processing tools
  • Ability to manage high volumes of customer interactions with accuracy and professionalism
  • Basic knowledge of Wi-Fi and VPN technology for troubleshooting connectivity issues
  • Demonstrated ability to de-escalate difficult customer situations while maintaining empathy
