Job Summary

A company is looking for a Corporate Counsel.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead negotiations and review Purchase Orders for compliance with contracts and regulations
• Draft and negotiate various agreements, including teaming agreements and non-disclosure agreements
• Develop process improvements and training for internal stakeholders to ensure compliance and efficiency

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and JD with an active law license
• 2-5 years of experience as a Senior Contracts Manager
• Experience negotiating technology-focused transactions, including software licenses
• Advanced understanding of government contracting processes and regulations
• General computer proficiency and working knowledge of MS Office applications
