Key Responsibilities

• Lead the enhancement and optimization of the Salesforce environment
• Collaborate with stakeholders to design, code, test, and deploy Salesforce applications and integrations
• Mentor the CRM Developer team

Required Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, or equivalent work experience
• Comprehensive knowledge of Salesforce best practices and development technologies
• Prior experience in Salesforce development, including custom application development and integration
• Salesforce Developer Certification (Platform Developer I/II) or equivalent work experience
• Considerable experience with advanced Salesforce features and APIs
