Job Summary

A company is looking for a Data Entry Specialist (Remote).

Key Responsibilities:

• Process client eligibility changes and ID card requests accurately and timely
• Respond to client and internal requests while updating the client management portal
• Maintain communication with clients and carrier representatives to ensure needs are met

Qualifications and Requirements:

• 1 or more years of experience in a technical support or administrative support role (Required)
• Previous experience working with employee benefits software (Required)
• Associate Degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a similar field (Required)
• Experience in the employee benefits industry (Preferred)
• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a similar field (Preferred)
