Job Summary
Leading talent acquisition efforts, the full-time Virginia Licensed Defense Recruiter will focus on sourcing cleared personnel for diverse technical roles supporting the U.S. Air Force, while ensuring compliance with security clearance guidance and improving workflow efficiency.
Key responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day talent acquisition support for DoW clients, particularly at Hanscom AFB
- Coordinate interview scheduling, client meetings, and task tracking for leadership reporting
- Track and process personnel actions, staffing documentation, and onboarding packages
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution
- Minimum 5 years of experience sourcing cleared civilian and military personnel
- Experience supporting DoW, U.S. Air Force, or joint military organizations
- Familiarity with military personnel processes and security clearance workflows
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
