Virginia Licensed Emergency Radiologist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a SOM Emergency Radiologist.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality sub-specialized imaging interpretations for modalities including plain film radiographs and CTs
• Interpret imaging studies in Chest, Cardiac, Abdomen, MSK, and Neuroradiology, with occasional MRs and ultrasounds
• Provide training to medical students, residents, and fellows in the Department of Radiology

Required Qualifications

• ABR certified or passed the Core Component of the ABR Board Examination
• Fellowship trained or experienced in Emergency Radiology or General Radiology
• Experience fostering an environment of respect and professionalism
• Current license to practice medicine in Virginia or ability to qualify for licensure
• Eligible for permanent employment in the USA
