Job Summary
To support a nationally focused practice, the full-time Virginia Licensed Employment Attorney will advise employer clients on complex workplace matters, prepare legal documents, and manage litigation tasks in a collaborative remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Advise employer clients on employment law issues, balancing legal risks with business objectives
- Prepare motions, legal memoranda, and court filings to support case strategy
- Manage discovery, document review, and fact development throughout the litigation process
Required qualifications
- Active license to practice law in Virginia or other eligible states
- At least 3 years of experience in employment law matters for employers
- Demonstrated ability to draft litigation-related documents effectively
- Practical experience managing discovery and supporting employment litigation
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting while collaborating with a team
