Job Summary

Virginia Licensed Engineering Leader seeks a full-time position to provide engineering oversight, guide project teams, and mentor staff in the Sewer Assessment and Rehabilitation practice.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide engineering leadership and oversight across multiple project teams
• Guide cross-functional collaboration to align project delivery with strategic goals
• Mentor and train new engineering staff while participating in strategic business development plans

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering required; Master's degree preferred
• Minimum of 15 years of progressive engineering experience required
• Professional Engineer (PE) license required
• Expert knowledge of engineering fundamentals and advanced proficiency in engineering software
• Proven leadership skills and ability to lead teams in a collaborative environment
