Job Summary
To support a growing Endpoint Engineering organization, the full-time remote Virginia Licensed Enterprise Printing Engineer will engineer, deploy, and maintain enterprise printing infrastructure while ensuring secure and reliable printing services across a large-scale federal environment.
Key responsibilities
- Install, configure, and deploy enterprise printers and supporting infrastructure
- Perform advanced troubleshooting and monitor printer health and operational performance
- Administer enterprise print servers and maintain printer inventory and configurations
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of relevant experience in enterprise printing or related infrastructure environments
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, electronics engineering, or a related technical discipline, or equivalent experience
- Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems and enterprise print server administration
- Experience with Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (MECM) and PowerShell scripting
- Proficiency in supporting enterprise printing infrastructure within large-scale IT environments
