Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior IT Specialty Analyst - Remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day support and optimization of software applications, including builds, upgrades, and enhancements
• Analyze business and clinical needs, evaluate software releases, and recommend process optimizations
• Develop system test plans, perform testing of software upgrades, and manage incidents and service requests

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred; relevant experience may substitute
• 3 years of relevant experience with a degree or 5+ years without a degree
• Epic certification in Cupid required; Radiant certification is a plus
• Experience with EPIC or a clinical background in cardiology required
• Hands-on build experience in EPIC Cupid required; Radiant experience is a plus
