Virginia Licensed Epic Pharmacist

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Epic Analyst, Pharmacist - Beacon, Willow, & Clinical Decision Support (CDS).

Key Responsibilities

• Implement and maintain EHR systems and databases to optimize performance
• Manage analysis, design, implementation, and support of information technology resources
• Participate in project management for Pharmacy technology initiatives and ensure customer satisfaction

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Current licensure with the Virginia State Board of Pharmacy
• Graduate of an accredited School of Pharmacy with a B.S. in Pharmacy or Pharm.D. Degree
• Three to six years of hospital pharmacy experience
• Knowledge of the inpatient environment and clinic-based operations
• Ability to communicate professionally with healthcare staff regarding drug-related issues
