Virginia Licensed Executive Claims Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Executive Claims Specialist to manage complex P&C insurance claims autonomously.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform coverage, liability, and damage analysis on claims assignments
• Manage a caseload of high to extreme complexity claims and negotiate settlements
• Provide technical guidance and training to less experienced Claims professionals

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma required; Bachelor's Degree preferred
• Advanced Degree or Juris Doctorate Degree preferred
• Minimum of ten years of P&C claims handling experience
• Extensive expertise in specific specialty areas of claims (i.e., PL, M&C, GL)
• Project management and process implementation experience preferred
