Virginia Licensed Facilities Director

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Facilities Director.

Key Responsibilities

• Reviews and evaluates existing programs, services, policies, and procedures
• Monitors work quality and ensures timely completion of tasks while adhering to facility standards and regulations
• Prepares and manages departmental budgets and ensures regulatory compliance with relevant agencies

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent related experience preferred
• Minimum of 5 years of hospital engineering maintenance experience at Director or Assistant Director level required
• Experience in hospital project and construction management preferred
• Working knowledge of the Joint Commission, NFPA, and other healthcare regulatory agencies
