Job Summary

A company is looking for a Family Law Attorney to join their team remotely.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a caseload of family law matters including divorce, custody, and support

• Represent clients at hearings, mediations, and trials, primarily virtual

Qualifications:

• Active license and in good standing with the Virginia State Bar
• 2+ years of experience in family law preferred
