Job Summary
To enhance financial operations and strategic decision-making, the full-time Virginia Licensed Finance VP will oversee billing and collections, create financial visibility, and partner with leadership to drive growth in a remote work environment.
Key responsibilities:
- Create visibility into burn, runway, and unit economics
- Own billing and collections processes, ensuring operational excellence and strategic improvements
- Manage tax processes and collaborate with external partners for compliance and efficiency
Required qualifications:
- 10+ years of experience in finance, strategy, investment banking, or private equity
- Experience in building financial models and operating financial systems from the ground up
- Strong understanding of accounting fundamentals, particularly with MSO/PC corporate structures
- Experience with revenue operations, preferably in healthcare
- 8+ years of team management experience
