Virginia Licensed Finance VP

Job Summary

To enhance financial operations and strategic decision-making, the full-time Virginia Licensed Finance VP will oversee billing and collections, create financial visibility, and partner with leadership to drive growth in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Create visibility into burn, runway, and unit economics
• Own billing and collections processes, ensuring operational excellence and strategic improvements
• Manage tax processes and collaborate with external partners for compliance and efficiency

Required qualifications:

• 10+ years of experience in finance, strategy, investment banking, or private equity
• Experience in building financial models and operating financial systems from the ground up
• Strong understanding of accounting fundamentals, particularly with MSO/PC corporate structures
• Experience with revenue operations, preferably in healthcare
• 8+ years of team management experience
