Job Summary

A company is looking for a Financial Analyst Sr.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide analytical and financial expertise for program requirements and policy related to Titles IV-E and IV-B spending
• Manage and monitor state general funds and other funding sources, ensuring compliance with federal and state regulations
• Conduct comprehensive research and analysis to develop agency position statements on legislative and policy changes affecting Child Welfare programs

Required Qualifications

• Comprehensive working knowledge of budgeting and accounting principles
• Ability to plan, monitor, and report on complex budget issues
• Strong analytical skills for data gathering and trend analysis
• Understanding of complex federal and state regulations related to financial practices
• Demonstrated work experience in an analytical role within budget and/or finance
