Job Summary

A company is looking for an Assistant Director of Fitness & Wellness.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee fitness and wellness programming, including group exercise classes and personal training
• Manage budgeting, marketing, strategic planning, and policy development
• Supervise staff, including the Coordinator, Graduate Assistants, and student employees

Required Qualifications

• Master's degree in relevant fields or a bachelor's degree with equivalent experience
• Strong knowledge of fitness and wellness industry trends
• Proficient in MS Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
• First Aid, CPR, and AED certifications required or ability to obtain within 90 days
• Experience in budget management and wellness programming
