A company is looking for an Attorney specializing in Foreclosure, Title & Bankruptcy.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and prioritize a high-volume caseload involving foreclosure, title, bankruptcy, and related legal matters
• Draft, review, and revise legal documents including pleadings and motions
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws and attend court appearances as needed

Required Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school
• Active Virginia Bar license in good standing
• 5+ years of relevant attorney experience
• Experience in title, foreclosure, bankruptcy, or related litigation strongly preferred
• Ability to manage a high-volume caseload in a deadline-driven environment
