Job Summary
Managing the full grant lifecycle for research studies, the full-time Virginia Licensed Grant Finance Manager will support proposal development, ensure compliance with sponsor requirements, and collaborate with clinical and administrative leaders, with a preference for onsite work but remote options available for candidates in select states.
Key responsibilities
- Evaluate grant opportunities and analyze the financial impact of proposed contracts
- Oversee post-award grant management, ensuring compliance and financial integrity of research studies
- Generate financial reporting and provide financial education to designated areas within the organization
Required qualifications
- College degree in accounting, finance, or business administration; a master's degree is desirable
- Three to five years of experience in healthcare finance, accounting, or financial planning
- CPA certification is desirable
