Job Summary

A company is looking for a Remote Licensed Health Insurance Agent.

Key Responsibilities
  • Answer inbound calls to assist individuals in understanding coverage options and selecting appropriate products
  • Make outbound calls to follow up with customers and build relationships for loyalty and trust
  • Assist with Medicare application workflows and address policy-related questions
Required Qualifications
  • Active Health or Health & Life Insurance License in the state of residence
  • Minimum of 2 years of sales experience, preferably with an inbound sales focus
  • Healthcare experience related to Medicare and the Affordable Care Act
  • High School Diploma or GED required; must be at least 18 years old
  • Ability to complete a mandatory 5-week training program and pass client-specific assessments
