Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Human Resources.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee all Human Resources functions, including Talent Acquisition, Compensation, and Employee Relations
• Manage legislative, budgetary, operational, and strategic planning processes for the HR division
• Provide strategic counsel to executives and support to Local Departments of Social Services

Required Qualifications

• Considerable experience in executive-level Human Resources consulting and organizational development
• Extensive experience in leadership roles within Human Resources
• Experience in fiscal management and resource allocation
• Comprehensive knowledge of HR principles, policies, and relevant laws
• Professional Human Resources certifications preferred
