Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Human Resources.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee the planning, development, implementation, and evaluation of all Human Resources functions
• Provide strategic counsel to executives and managers on complex HR matters and support local departments
• Manage the division's legislative, budgetary, operational, and strategic planning processes

Required Qualifications

• Considerable experience in executive-level Human Resources consulting and organizational development
• Extensive experience in HR with increasing levels of responsibility and leadership roles
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and influencing HR strategy and policy
• Comprehensive knowledge of Human Resource Management principles and relevant laws
• Professional Human Resources certifications such as SHRM-CP or HRCI PHR preferred
