Virginia Licensed HVAC/R Lead Technician

Job Summary

To ensure optimal operation of HVAC systems, the full-time Virginia Licensed HVAC/R Lead Technician will maintain and repair Budderfly HVAC Units, diagnose faults, and respond to emergency service calls while working onsite in Richmond, VA.

Key responsibilities:

• Maintaining and repairing HVAC/R systems to ensure excellent operation
• Diagnosing electrical and mechanical faults and completing commissioning checks of HVAC Units
• Responding to emergency service calls and performing warranty services as needed

Required qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience as a service technician on HVAC/R systems
• HVAC Contractor License and EPA Certification are required
• Experience with HVAC Controls, particularly Lennox Core Controllers and Carrier SystemVu controllers
• Ability to identify and address control and mechanical issues proactively
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends, as needed
