Key Responsibilities

• Manage a full docket of employment-based nonimmigrant visa cases, including O-1 and L-1 visas
• Research and analyze complex immigration issues, synthesizing findings into written memoranda or briefs
• Conduct client meetings and manage client relations as needed

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a business immigration attorney, particularly with L-1 visas
• U.S. Juris Doctor degree (J.D.) and member of a state bar in good standing
• Ability to manage complex case strategies and maintain client communication
• Exceptional attention to detail for accurate visa filings
• Solid understanding of immigration law concepts and case management systems
