Job Summary

A company is looking for a Licensed Inside Sales Representative (Remote - Home Based Work).

Key Responsibilities

• Drive sales growth through inbound and outbound interactions with prospective customers
• Utilize insurance expertise to identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions
• Obtain and maintain a Property & Casualty Lines license with company support

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Active Property & Casualty License preferred; must obtain within 3 attempts if unlicensed
• At least 1 year of sales or customer service experience preferred
• Ability to work independently and manage performance accountability
• High school diploma or GED required
• Reliable internet connection and dedicated workspace at home
