Job Summary

A company is looking for a Production Support IT Computer Operator/Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

Monitor and maintain the health of critical production systems and applications using advanced monitoring tools
Perform advanced triage and troubleshooting of incidents related to database and infrastructure monitoring
Execute recovery procedures and contribute to the development of operational best practices

Required Qualifications

3-5+ years of experience in IT production support or related roles
Significant experience with job scheduling tools, specifically Tidal job scheduler
In-depth knowledge of ETL tools like Informatica and proficiency in SQL
Extensive experience with IT Service Management tools like ServiceNow
Proficiency with enterprise monitoring tools for applications and infrastructure
