Virginia Licensed Lead Psychiatrist

Job Summary

To support the launch and growth of psychiatric services, the part-time Virginia Licensed Lead Psychiatrist will design clinical workflows, conduct patient evaluations, and provide medication management while collaborating with clinical leadership and operations in a fully remote capacity.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
• Partner with clinical leadership to design and refine the psychiatric care model and workflows
• Provide clinical leadership and supervision for psychiatric clinicians as the team expands

Required Qualifications

• MD or DO with completion of an accredited psychiatry residency
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Child & Adolescent Psychiatry
• Active medical license in Virginia or willingness to obtain
• Experience diagnosing and treating children and adolescents in a virtual outpatient setting
• Comfort working in an early-stage, fast-paced environment with a focus on building clinical operations
