Job Summary

To support a busy law firm in Virginia, the full-time Virginia Licensed Legal Intake Specialist will manage inbound calls, qualify leads, and book consultations while working remotely and focusing on converting potential clients into booked appointments.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls from potential clients, ensuring a positive first impression through active listening and professionalism
• Qualify leads by assessing the caller's situation and making informed booking decisions to maximize consultation efficiency
• Complete intake documentation accurately in Lawmatics, ensuring all records are current and comprehensive before consultations

Required qualifications

• 3-5 years of legal intake, legal administrative, or law firm client-facing experience
• Experience with Lawmatics or similar legal CRM systems
• Proven sales instinct with the ability to guide callers toward booking consultations
• Exceptional verbal English communication skills
• Self-motivated and detail-oriented with the ability to meet weekly booking targets
