Job Summary
A company is looking for a Legal Talent Recruiter to manage its recruitment efforts for legal and corporate talent.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and publish job postings
- Source and recruit legal and corporate talent in collaboration with hiring managers
- Conduct interviews, evaluate candidates, and facilitate the hiring process
Required Qualifications
- A minimum of two years of direct legal recruiting experience
- Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter for sourcing hard-to-fill roles
- Proficiency in HRIS and ATS systems, including Salesforce
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and Zoom
- College degree preferred
