Job Summary

A company is looking for a Legal Talent Recruiter to manage its recruitment efforts for legal and corporate talent.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and publish job postings
  • Source and recruit legal and corporate talent in collaboration with hiring managers
  • Conduct interviews, evaluate candidates, and facilitate the hiring process
Required Qualifications
  • A minimum of two years of direct legal recruiting experience
  • Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter for sourcing hard-to-fill roles
  • Proficiency in HRIS and ATS systems, including Salesforce
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and Zoom
  • College degree preferred
