Key Responsibilities:

• Manage loan pipeline to ensure timely closing and adherence to deadlines
• Compile, evaluate, and review financial data for loan files before submission to Underwriting
• Act as a primary contact for borrowers and Loan Officers, ensuring effective communication and documentation oversight

Qualifications:

• 1+ years of experience in the mortgage industry
• Solid understanding of Conventional and Government loan requirements
• Strong knowledge of state and federal real estate lending regulations
• Proficient in loan processing software and digital document management systems
