Job Summary

To support telehealth services, the full-time Virginia Licensed Medical Assistant will perform patient care and administrative tasks remotely, ensuring safety and compliance under the supervision of healthcare professionals.

Key responsibilities

• Perform patient care tasks and administrative duties as delegated by healthcare providers
• Ensure a safe environment for patients, visitors, and staff by adhering to safety protocols
• Utilize appropriate resources effectively and ethically to support daily operations

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma required
• Certification as a Certified Medical Assistant (CMA), Registered Medical Assistant (RMA), Certified Clinical Medical Assistant (CCMA), or EMT Basic Certification (EMT) required upon hire
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required within 90 days of hire
• No prior experience required
