Job Summary

To support telehealth services, the full-time Virginia Licensed Medical Assistant will perform patient care and administrative tasks remotely, ensuring safety and compliance under the supervision of healthcare professionals.

Key responsibilities

• Perform patient care tasks and administrative duties as delegated by supervising healthcare providers
• Maintain a safe environment for patients, visitors, and staff by incorporating safety principles in daily operations
• Demonstrate effective inter-departmental interactions and adherence to policies and procedures

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma required
• Certification as a CCMA, CMA, RMA, EMT-B, or Paramedic required upon hire
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required within 90 days of hire
• No prior experience required
