Job Summary

To support telehealth services, the full-time Virginia Licensed Medical Assistant will perform patient care and administrative tasks remotely, ensuring patient safety and effective communication under the supervision of healthcare professionals.

Key responsibilities

• Perform patient care tasks and administrative duties as directed by supervising healthcare professionals
• Ensure a safe environment for patients, visitors, and staff by adhering to safety principles
• Utilize resources effectively and efficiently to maintain high standards of care and operational productivity

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma required
• Certification as a Certified Medical Assistant (CMA), Registered Medical Assistant (RMA), Certified Clinical Medical Assistant (CCMA), or EMT Basic Certification (EMT-B) required
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required within 90 days of hire
• No prior experience required
