Key Responsibilities

Complete analysis and reanalysis of medical records accurately and timely
Manage documentation follow-ups with ancillary/nursing departments and providers
Document workflows and report issues or trends not complying with facility standards

Required Qualifications

Knowledge of CMS and Joint Commission regulations preferred
Experience with electronic medical records (EMR) preferred
Healthcare Revenue Cycle experience preferred
CRCR certification required within 9 months of hire (company paid)
Entry-level position; no specific degree required
