Virginia Licensed Medicare Sales Rep

Job Summary

To support a growing Medicare brokerage, the fully remote Virginia Licensed Medicare Sales Rep will assist customers in selecting and enrolling in health insurance plans, meet sales targets, and ensure compliance with regulations while providing an exceptional customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted advisor to Medicare beneficiaries, conducting needs assessments and educating clients on their options
• Guide clients through the enrollment process, ensuring accuracy and personalized support
• Consistently meet or exceed sales goals while documenting all activities in the CRM system

Required qualifications

• 2-3 years of Medicare sales experience
• Active Health & Life Insurance License
• Current AHIP certification
• Strong technical skills with experience in systems such as Salesforce and Five9
• Bilingual skills are a plus
