Job Summary

Engaging with members in a professional manner, the full-time Virginia Licensed Member Service Representative will perform routine and complex transactions, assist in branch operations, and actively promote credit union products and services while ensuring compliance with regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Provide excellent member service and represent the credit union professionally while handling transactions accurately
• Assist in various branch tasks, including audits and ATM replenishment, and maintain knowledge of credit union products and services
• Actively listen to member needs and offer referrals for appropriate products and services to meet their financial goals

Required qualifications

• High school diploma or college degree
• Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in a financial or customer service cash handling environment
• Ability to complete new account and loan training within 1 year of service
• Familiarity with basic PC applications such as Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Bilingual in Spanish is a plus
