Virginia Licensed Mental Health Therapist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Licensed Mental Health Therapist (Telehealth).

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess and diagnose behavioral health conditions and formulate treatment plans in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team
• Provide therapeutic interventions, psychoeducation, and support referrals for members needing additional specialty behavioral health care
• Document member care in the EMR and contribute to the design of clinical pathways for therapeutic treatment

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education:

• LCSW or LICSW with an active license in Virginia; LMFT or LPC may also be accepted
• 3+ years of outpatient experience with adults enrolled in Medicaid, Medicare, or dual-eligible
• 1+ years of experience practicing telemedicine
• Experience working with underserved populations facing socioeconomic barriers to health care
• Proficiency with electronic medical records and technology-based tools
