Job Summary

Offering a part-time opportunity for a Virginia Licensed Mental Health Therapist, this remote position involves managing a caseload of 15-22 sessions per week, providing individual and family therapy via telehealth, with flexible scheduling primarily during weekday afternoons and evenings.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct intakes and develop client-centered, trauma-informed treatment plans
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team of therapists, PMHNPs, and psychiatrists
• Maintain timely documentation in the electronic health record (EHR) system

Required qualifications

• Active Virginia license: LPC, LPC-R, LCSW, or LMSW
• Experience working with children, teens, and families
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting
• Bilingual English/Spanish is strongly preferred
• Commitment to trauma-informed, culturally responsive practice
