Job Summary
To support a growing telehealth practice, the part-time Virginia Licensed Mental Health Therapist will manage a caseload of 15-22 sessions per week, providing individual and family therapy while enjoying a flexible schedule and competitive compensation.
Key responsibilities:
- Conduct intakes and develop client-centered, trauma-informed treatment plans
- Provide individual and family therapy through secure telehealth
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team and maintain accurate documentation in the EHR
Required qualifications:
- Active Virginia license: LPC, LPC-R, LCSW, or LMSW
- Experience working with children, teens, and families
- Comfort working independently in a remote environment
- Strong clinical judgment and documentation skills
