Focusing on the Tidewater Market in Virginia, the full-time remote Virginia Licensed Mortgage Loan Officer will originate and complete mortgage loan applications, maintain client relationships, and implement business plans to drive sales.

Key responsibilities

• Originates and completes mortgage loan applications while ensuring compliance and accuracy
• Maintains regular communication with clients and referral sources throughout the loan processing period
• Tracks loan progress and meets production requirements while preparing annual business plans

Required qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Mortgage Loan Officer or equivalent
• NMLS registration required
• Strong knowledge of standard loan products and underwriting guidelines
• Proven ability to generate leads and communicate effectively with clients
