Job Summary

Supporting the mortgage lending process, the full-time Virginia Licensed Mortgage Loan Officer will complete loan applications, submit files for processing, and provide exceptional customer service while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Completes loan applications and approves loan disclosures, ensuring all required information is accurate and compliant
• Determines appropriate loan program placement and prices loans according to company policy
• Maintains communication with clients throughout the loan process, tracking progress and meeting contractual deadlines

Required qualifications

• 0-2 years of mortgage or financial services experience preferred
• NMLS registration required
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated with a desire to learn mortgage products and underwriting guidelines
• Ability to work in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment
