Job Summary

Leading trauma registry operations, the fully remote Virginia Licensed Nurse Manager will oversee data abstraction, analytics, and team performance to enhance patient outcomes and program effectiveness.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise trauma registrars, ensuring efficient workload distribution and team performance
• Oversee chart abstraction processes to guarantee the completeness and accuracy of trauma data
• Analyze trauma registry data and generate reports aligned with key performance metrics

Required qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing from an accredited nursing program; Master's degree in a related field within 5 years of hire
• At least 3 years of progressively responsible supervisory experience as a registered nurse in a patient care environment
• License to practice as a Registered Nurse in the Commonwealth of Virginia
• American Heart Association (AHA) Health Care Provider certification
• Experience with trauma program standards and reporting requirements
