Virginia Licensed Nurse Practitioner

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Nurse Practitioner to perform in-home health assessments on Medicare Advantage Members in Virginia.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct in-home health assessments for Medicare Advantage members within assigned counties
• Manage a flexible schedule, with the option for part-time or full-time hours
• Complete assessments ranging from 45-90 minutes, operating Monday through Sunday from 8am to 8pm

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 months experience as a Nurse Practitioner
• Active NP license and national certification (ANCC or AANP) or eligibility to obtain them
• No open or unresolved disciplinary actions against licensure
• All board certifications accepted except PMHNP or WMNP
• Experience in gerontology, cardiology, internal medicine, or endocrinology is a plus
