Virginia Licensed Nurse Practitioner
Job Summary
A company is looking for a Nurse Practitioner to perform in-home health assessments on Medicare Advantage Members in Virginia.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct in-home health assessments for Medicare Advantage members within assigned counties
- Manage a flexible schedule, with the option for part-time or full-time hours
- Complete assessments ranging from 45-90 minutes, operating Monday through Sunday from 8am to 8pm
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 6 months experience as a Nurse Practitioner
- Active NP license and national certification (ANCC or AANP) or eligibility to obtain them
- No open or unresolved disciplinary actions against licensure
- All board certifications accepted except PMHNP or WMNP
- Experience in gerontology, cardiology, internal medicine, or endocrinology is a plus
