Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary Nurse Practitioner for onboarding and ongoing support of new clients
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop tailored care plans for patients
- Manage chronic conditions and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for holistic patient care
Required Qualifications
- Licensed Nurse Practitioner (NP) in Virginia
- Experience in weight management, nutrition, or obesity
- Experience or comfort with telehealth and digital platforms
- Active state license and board certification, along with valid DEA registration
- Registered with CAQH and possess an NPI number
