Job Summary

A company is looking for a Per Diem Nurse Practitioner specializing in Telephonic Assessment.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide individualized telephonic assessments and care coordination for patients
• Educate patients and families on treatment, services, and health status
• Document clinical records accurately and in a timely manner

Required Qualifications

• Current unrestricted advanced practice nursing license for state of residence and Virginia
• 3+ years of full-time clinical experience as an Advanced Practice Clinician
• 1+ years of obstetrical nursing experience
• Willingness to obtain licensure in other states as needed
• Demonstrated technology proficiency, including Microsoft Office and analytical software
